Please update the mobile ap so that there is an admin view that will allow admins to initiate emergency mode from the app. If an emergency arises, there is a high likelihood that Iwill not be near my computer - nor will I have time to open my browser on my phone, get to smartpass and initiate it from there.
100% AGREE! I am mobile most of the time on campus. It is very difficult (iPhone/iOS) to attempt to login to the smartpass browser if you have the smartpass app already downloaded. In an emergency, things just need to work and not be complicated.
