Teachers should be allowed to create a declinable pass for a student in another class where the pass must be approved by the active teacher. For example, if a counselor would like to request a student from Mr. A, they could issue a pass that Mr. A would have to approve before the countdown began and the student could leave. This would allow teachers, counselors, and admin to initiate meetings with students without having to call the teacher and interrupt class. If it came in as a notification for the teacher, they could simply approve the pass and send the student.
