Limiting # of Passes FROM a Room#1046

A feature where the amount of passes FROM a room at one time can be capped. Some teachers have requested this option.

I would love for a pass to require an override if a student is already signed out of my room. Our school has autopass enabled, but we only allow one out of the room at a time. The autopass allows them to go even if someone in the room is already out.

Hi Sara. How do you limit 1 pass at a time from a room in SmartPass? I didn’t think that was possible.

Currently, we can’t. And I have a rule where they have to leave their Chromebook at the front of the room so others can see if someone is signed out. We used to use ehallpass and you could set your own classroom limit and I don’t see a feature like that on SmartPass.
